Personal Training (2x per week) - 30 Minutes $100 every week • 2 visits per Week • This plan is for two 30-minute personal training sessions per week. It is a weekly auto-renewing plan where Personal Training sessions do not roll over to the following week but must be used within your one week billing period.
Personal Training (2x per week) - 60 Minutes $160 every week • 2 visits per Week • This plan is for two 60-minute personal training sessions per week. It is a monthly auto-renewing plan where PT sessions do not roll over to the following month.
Semi-Private Training (3x per week) - 60 Minutes $180 every week • 3 visits per Week • This plan is for private group training with a coach. It includes not only a small and private group coach but also personalized programming to help you reach your specific goals, all the while, in the comfort of a small group. This is perfect if you have an apprehension to join a larger class or have specific goals that you are looking to reach.
Personal Training (2x per week) PLUS Nutrition - 60 Minutes $215 every week • 2 visits per Week • This is for 2 one on one sessions per week, 60 minutes per session. You are also signing up for nutrition coaching, and consulting as well. This is for an initial consult and weekly check ins.

Personal Training (3x per week) PLUS nutrition - 60 Minutes $295 every week • Unlimited visits
